Throughout my journey, I've been blessed to sit with the elders in my family and learn through the stories that they told me. Truthfully, I didn't always understand the wisdom that they were imparting, but I did understand their tenderness, patience, and love that was shared with me daily. Their wisdom has been a cornerstone on the path of my own self-discovery and why I now share my practices with older generations.

I've embraced the roles of both student and teacher, driven by a passion to balance the body, mind, and spirit holistically. My experience as a Certified Yoga Teacher for the past decade has been deeply fulfilling. Embracing the spiritual practice of Reiki, I became a Shamonic Reiki Master, continuing on a path of self-discovery. Guiding participants in sound meditations, I became certified in Sound Healing with Voice which led me to found The Cosmic Galactic Choir. The choir enables each person to produce their own vibration by tapping into their inner harmony. Currently, I am working towards a diploma in Group Sound Baths. Each certification represents my devotion to sharing practices with those seeking a balance of body, mind, and spirit.
